The "Monovarietal" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained by cold pressing. The monovarietal oils enheance the area of origin and the quality of the product by offering an immense wealth of aromas and flavors to combine with the various dishes. We start from the olive grove in separating the different varieties of olives and mill them regurarly in the mill.
