Dubai olive oil competition has become one of the most important competitions in the world in just a few years. Dubai Olive oil competition has a marketing objective, the aim is not only to judge the oils, but mainly to showcase the winners in as many countries as possible.

In light of the commitment of the associations AIFO – Associazione Italiana Frantoiani Oleari- & AFP – Frantoiani di Puglia - in promoting and soliciting the law and keeping alive, the AIFO "Mastro d’Oro" The National Competition was established as a form of promotion and awareness of producers and consumers. The objectives of the competition are the enhancement of the best extra virgin oils in the world and the promotion of the quality of production within the AIFO association.

OIL OF APULIA I.G.P.

The Identikit of Apulian oil with Protected Geographical Indication. PGI is a recognition that is also an additional protection for the consumer, since thanks to the symbol will know to buy a quality oil, which respects the local supply chain of the territory.  The symbol of the PGI Apulian oil brand depicts an ancient Roman coin minted in Taranto with leaves and olive branches and a wheel with a maiden lying holding an olive branch to indicate Apulia.
