Extra Virgin Olive Oil derived from olives harvested by hand from mid-October to mid-December, from millenary olive trees. It is an oil with intense green nuances, the nose is broad and enveloping, rich in hints of leaf and artichoke accompanying spicy notes. In the mouth there are powerful vegetable notes of leafy vegetables on wich almond and field chicory stand out.
